I have pretty much decided on what I am going to do to lose some weight. When I get up in the morning, I am going to eat a banana. At lunch, I am going to eat a sensible lunch. At dinner time, I am going to eat a banana so that I am not craving food so much and then eat a small dinner. I know that I am going to be sick of bananas when I am done, but they are inexpensive and very filling. I have also been reading some
colon cleanse reviews as well. I don't think I am quite ready for that but that might be something to think about.
