Credit

It is really amazing to me how much credit reports can change your life. If you don't have good credit, it can actually make things cost more such as mortgage payments, care payments, electric company deposits, cell contracts, insurance premiums and the list just goes on and on. Heck, sometimes you can't even get a job if they pull a credit report as part of the hiring process. It is always best to know what is on your report, so that you know everything that is on it, belongs on it. It also makes it a lot easier to be able to fix any blemishes that you may have.

Lots of great school clothes!

So, I belong to Face Book and I "liked" a cute little consignment shop that is nearby. Well, they have a give away weekly for people that "like" their site on FB, well I got picked this last time! I was sooo happy! I got a $30 credit to their store! I went in and spent $5.00 out of pocket and got 14 articles of like new name brand clothing! I got 4 shirts for each of my 2 older boys, 2 shirts and a pair of jeans for my youngest and 2 shirts for hubby and me:) I was sooo impressed.

Insurance

Well every year without fail, it seems that insurance is going up a lot. This has started making me want to take a look at all of our policies and see where I can cut out on some of the cost. I will be checking out sites like Wholesaleinsurance.net to make the look a little simpler to do. This is not something that I intent to spend many hours on, but I do want to save money if it is in any way possible.

Sick Kids

Well, last week my DS age 6 had to come home from school early with a fever and this week, my DS 4 and 2 are sick with fevers. We have been eating lots of popsicles and taking Motrin tabs for comfort. I really do hope that this stops soon. I know that strep is going around the area right now,but none of them have had sore throats at least.
