So apparently I am going to be a BMX mom as apposed to a Soccer Mom. I think I can live with that. We are just trying to get the best equipment at the best prices though which is taking a bit of time, but it is starting to pan out at least.

I have a friend

I have a friend that is looking into rapid detox centers for her husband. Apparently he is really having a hard time this time of year with his addictions. I am so glad that the worst thing I have to worry about with my husband is his smoking. Although, I would really love for him to quit that as well. It costs so much and it is doing so much damage to his body on top of it. But then again, I could be dealing with what she is dealing with instead.

Wish I had started earlier

I did not start shopping as early for Christmas presents this year as I have done in previous years. I do not like the feelings that I am having of anxiety, because I feel like I am not going to be able to find or afford what I want to get my kids for Christmas this year. I am going to make sure to save up some of my tax refund this next year and put it away in a Christmas account so that I do not have to go through this again next year, this feeling is evil.

Available jobs

It used to be that Bartender Jobs were just to get you through school. Now with the economy the way it is, it is a great job to have. My sister was a bartender for years while she was raising her daughter. It allowed her to be home with her during the hours that she was awake. With the economy the way it is, it is a great job to have as people still have to drink right? And they are probably drinking more since the economy is suck a wreck on top of it.

Cheap way to buy for Christmas

If you are looking for Christmas items for kids for cheap, do not forget to check out Craig's list. I found so much stuff last year it was unbelievable. And my kids never knew or anything. They would have never gotten what they wanted if I had had to pay full price for it.

Great idea for a Christmas Gift

I just thought of a great idea for a Christmas Gift. How aboutfunny tee shirts? I mean everyone has to wear clothes right? Why not make it fun too? I think I might have to get one for my husband. I am positive that he will love it. He loves great tee shirts. He has a few of them already, but these are things that you can never really have too many of right?

Went to a buffett tonight

Well,I went to a nice country style buffet tonight. We got there and realized that there were at least 4 bus loads of kids from The Florida Challenge Accademy about to go in to eat. That sucked. My husband got himself and the older two kids plates and when they got back to the table for me and my youngest to go get ours, it was totally packed and we had to wait for all of those kids to get their food. It was soooo loud that you could not hear yourself think. It sucked. But it was good food at least...Maybe next time it will be more relaxing of a time though.
